There are a lot of things to make my life happy. First one is the family. When I was a young, I was vulnerable. Therefore I need protection and care of parent. My mom and dad alway took care of me. During that time, I felt stable and happy. However, nowadays, my parents are getting older. Therefore I take care of them just like they did for me. By doing this, I feel happy again. I believe this is the essence of happiness. People feel happy when they feel a connection with others.
The second one is friends. In my case, I do not have many friends. However, when I meet them, I can share my thoughts a lot. Moreover, most of friend of mine usually support my opinion and believes. This encouraging gives me energy to overcome any huddles. During that time I feel happy too. We share a lot of memory and experience. I believe that those memory protect our life from exhaust and failuar.
The last one is self-belief. Everyone experiences challenges and sometimes feels despair due to these hurdles. However, people often overcome them. In my case, I remember moments of overcoming and achievement—these memories are my personal history of resilience. They help me stand strong when I face hardships and, more than that, they bring me a deep sense of happiness. Actually, it’s a bit different from happiness; it’s the source of my confidence and the courage to try things on my own.
Overall, family, friends, and self-belief are truly important to me. All of these are essential for living a mentally and physically healthy life. I believe that these factors of happiness are interconnected. Therefore, to maintain a happy life, we need to focus on balancing them. Recently, I have been doing my best to keep this balance in my life.
